Welcome to my page. Our clients at Chic Catering are not restricted to the menus on this page. Rather, the menus are provided as a guide for your events. All clients have the option to request a specific menu at no extra cost and Chic Catering is happy to comply. Making the food most indulgently memorable at your event is the goal. Servicing most of the tri-state area as well as a wide array of neighboring states.
At our first meeting, the client and I will sit and discuss in detail the menu. You will then recieve a quote with a detailed breakdown of your requests, our services and prices. For special occssions that require an elegant sit down dinner our full staff of experienced waiters and bartenders will assure a smooth, professionally catered affair.
FRESH HOMEMADE ELEGANCE
Only the freshest ingredients are used to create each delectable dish. Cooking is an art form that we are passionate about at Chic Catering. Since we provide culturally diverse dishes the menus are simply a guide, but not limited to what dishes we create. Homemade seasonings known as sofrito marinate chicken, steaks, & pernil for a Latin explosion of flavors. For a touch of Southern comfort, down home Macaroni & Cheese, Collard Greens & Corn Bread are available. We can also take your guests on a culinary trip to Italy, France, Morocco, Asia & the West Indies. Cooking is done on premises at your event to ensure the freshest possible food from the moment of creation to the moment that the food is served. Please inform our team of any known allergies.
These desserts are also lovingly made with fresh ingredients and a creative touch. All desserts are made to order. Chic Catering treats the dessert menu just as the savory menu, meaning that we offer too many delights to list but the menu will give you an idea. Here are our clients favorites...Strawberry Cheesecake, Oreo Brownie Bites, Bella's Blueberry Kick, Double Chocolate Cupcakes with Milk Chocolate frosting, Caramel Flan, and Moist Dominican Cake with the ultimate Vanilla infused Frosting. Stunning Wedding Cakes are also made with a minimum of three months notice to ensure the ultimate customer satisfaction.
